Terms of Service
These terms govern a merchant’s use of the Stock Revival Shopify app.

The service
Stock Revival analyses Shopify catalogue, inventory, order and discount information to help merchants identify dormant inventory and manage product promotions. Recommendations are informational and merchants remain responsible for pricing, discount and inventory decisions.
Eligibility and Shopify account
You must have authority to manage the Shopify store on which the app is installed. Use of Shopify and its services remains subject to Shopify’s own terms and policies.
Subscription and trial
Stock Revival is offered for USD 2.99 per month with a 14-day trial. Charges, approval and cancellation are handled through Shopify Billing. Uninstalling the app stops future app subscription charges in accordance with Shopify’s billing rules.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it in violation of applicable laws or Shopify policies.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be updated when necessary for security, compatibility or improvement, without materially removing the service’s core purpose.
Disclaimer and liability
Stock Revival does not guarantee sales, profit or inventory outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nimvexa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from merchant decisions, third-party services or events outside its reasonable control.
Termination
You may stop using Stock Revival at any time by uninstalling it from Shopify. Access may be suspended for unlawful use, security risks or material violation of these terms.
