This policy explains how Stock Revival accesses and handles information when a merchant installs and uses the app.

Information the app accesses
Stock Revival accesses store products, inventory levels, order history and discount information through Shopify APIs. This information is used to identify products with dormant inventory, estimate tied-up capital and help merchants manage product discounts.
Information we retain
Product, customer and order contents are analysed on demand and are not copied into the Stock Revival database. The app retains the Shopify session information required to keep the installation connected and merchant settings such as the selected analysis period.
How information is used
Information is processed only to provide, secure, maintain and improve Stock Revival, respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell merchant or customer information and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
Information may be processed by Shopify and by the infrastructure providers used to host the app and its database. Access is limited to what is necessary to operate and secure the service.
Retention and deletion
Installation sessions and merchant settings are deleted when the app is uninstalled or when Shopify sends an applicable erasure request. Operational backups and security logs may remain for a limited period before automatic deletion.
Your rights
Merchants and affected individuals may request access, correction or deletion of applicable personal information. Shopify privacy requests are also handled through Shopify’s mandatory compliance webhooks.
